The staff in the main were helpful and friendly.

Having used this hotel during my (Mrs Teague) business days I felt that this hotel had gone done in looks - it seemed tired to me and in need of a face lift - more attention to housekeeping - ie it seemed to have lost its sparkle as I remember it - that is why we opted to stay there!!

The hotel reception was friendly and welcoming.

I'm afraid there was no telephone reception on either the Vodafone or o2 networks in the bedroom I was in and the wifi signal provided by the hotel was slow and weak. The bed in the hotel room I was allocated had wheels on the bottom of the bed that weren't braked and the bed moved when sitting on it. As I was staying on business for two days, this all really wasn't good enough and I had to leave after one night instead of two. That said, the hotel were very accommodating and did not charge for the second night despite me checking out at 6pm.

The staff were great and the breakfast was amazing. A really nice hotel the grouds could be so much better, especially around the back. All in all it was an ideal place to stay and two stops on the train to Wembley, cheaper and easier than fighting your way in the traffic. Would stay again

The reception staff were very helpful

The room was awful and smelled musty, was dated and the bathroom was diabolical. The shower was a dribble of water and the bath was full of other peoples hair. The tiles had gaps in the grouting and the grout that still existed was yellowish. I Visited the gym and that was of poor condition and needs a complete refurb. I definitely would not go back. This was a rare night away from the kids and we both felt really let down.

I was not driving but I still found the location easy to get to there is a bus stop outside the hotel which was great despite the semi rural location. The staff were very good generally and helpful and polite though the young man booking me out after two nights was a bit to direct and made no attempt to ask if the stay had been alright etc ., Snacks and breakfast was excellent for value and quality. First night the bar was very busy for food struggling a bit with the numbers but the staff were extremerly helpful and did their very best and remained polite with everyone. On arrival I asked to be moved to a quieter room and the kind lady receptionist arranged it straight away. Room was very good. This hotel treated me very well, I had a very pleasant stay. I like the glass front area where you can read and relax.

I knew the pool was out of action when I booked and it would be nice to visit again with the leisure side all working. The taxi firm called by reception are local and a rip off outfit as the do not us a time clock and just tell you at the end of the journey what the fare was. I used them twice to the hotel and the difference charged on each journey was £2.

This hotel could be great - excellent location approaching Heathrow and in a bit of wooded land. However, really tatty and worn - reminded me of a 1980 Eastern Block hotel with the decor. Broken pallets and skips on car park, rutted car park, dated decor throughout and carpets worn down. Pool shut for refurb - I'd chosen hotel for a pool and was not told about this. This hotel needs some major investment and a bit if tlc.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room, although on the small side,, was comfortable and quiet with an excellent shower.

Located between Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield, three miles from each, with, at £10/£15each way,... The most expensive associated taxi fare you could imagine. Spoils an otherwise reasonably priced stay, so maybe the hotel should negotiate some reasonable concessions for guests.

Having stayed only one night, our experience was limited. The hotel has agood location between Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield. The Staff were friendly. The Leisure facilities were being re-furbished.The bedroom was clean and satisfactory.

The Hotel seems to be under going improvement. The lift was a bit cramped and smelly.

just one night - Breakfast buffet really good - very efficient staff. All in all a good stay value for money in a good location with easy access to motorways.

bathroom needed up grading taps were difficult to tuen on and off just looked tired. Bedroom - again looked tired - water marks on the ceiling above the window.

The staff in the breakfast room appeared uninterested and it took time for them to even serve coffee. They seemingly wanted to stand around and stare into space!

The ability to conduct all business from the hotel through the facilities available without having to travel into the city.

The service levels in terms of waiters availability in the upatairs lounge area could be enhanced wiyth them periodically moving around to check if anything is required.

It was near to where I needed to be on the day

Thought it could do with a bit of money being spent on it

            7.4

It was well suited to our needs for this particular stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Too many signs of tiredness. Swimming pool area, I understand is now undergoing a refurb but carpet in the main lift was threadbare. A picture just adjacent to reception had parted from its mount.

We always stay at the Bellhouse at Christmas and Easter en route to visiting our families. We find it a nice, quiet and relaxing place to stay. The breakfast is excellent and good value.
